Car Sales Consultant

As a Car Sales Consultant at Insta Auto Solutions, you will be the face of our dealership, providing exceptional service to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, providing them with detailed information about our vehicle inventory and financing options.
  • Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our current inventory, including new and pre-owned vehicles, to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Negotiation: Work with customers to negotiate terms and prices, aiming to achieve a win-win outcome for both the customer and the dealership.
  • Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
